Our online store currently offers delivery to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

Shopify’s current Data Processing Addendum states that merchants generally act as controllers and Shopify acts as processor for core merchant customer data, while Shopify acts as a controller for certain Enhanced Services.

6. Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled on our store.

When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may use customer personal data together with information from customer interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants in order to provide, develop and improve Enhanced Services.

These Enhanced Services may include services relating to:

Analytics;
Store and product personalisation;
Advertising;
Fraud prevention;
Product discovery; and
Other Shopify features.

Shopify does not provide your personal data to other merchants merely because Network Intelligence is enabled. Instead, Shopify uses information from interactions across its services to generate and provide Enhanced Services.

Where required for customers in the EEA, including Ireland, we obtain consent before enabling relevant targeted advertising or non-essential tracking technologies and provide customers with the ability to withdraw that consent. Shopify specifically requires these safeguards where Network Intelligence is enabled for EEA customers.
